The VOC-free products
- iRelease – solvent- and silicone-free release agent; protects, cools the joint and prevents the protective film from peeling off
- iClean – cleaning before the polishing wheels or the BRUSH-tec®
- BRUSH-tec® agent – matched to the brushes of the BRUSH-tec®
What changes on the machine
- The VOC-free fluids are applied in an ultra-thin layer with the Ultra-Thin nozzle, supplied via the CLOU®.
- Setup and spray pattern are decisive – the nozzle gauge helps with reproducible alignment.
- Many VOC-free products are not dangerous goods – which simplifies storage and transport (see the respective safety data sheet).
Switch step by step
A switch does not have to happen all at once: proven fluids such as Lc 2/10 or Lc 2/30 can, for example, be combined with the VOC-free BRUSH-tec® agent. We recommend a test setup on your line – with samples and support from our technical team.
