Ultra-Thin nozzle – the precise and economical nozzle for VOC-free chemical agents

Applying solvent-free (VOC-free) fluids precisely – this is exactly what we developed the Ultra-Thin nozzle for at LcM®. It is used exclusively with the CLOU®; together they form the complete fluid supply including application.

As the name suggests, the Ultra-Thin is designed for extremely fine, well-dosed atomisation of the fluids used – with no overspray and low air and fluid consumption. All in all, a very economical nozzle that is child’s play to use.

Ultra easy to use, ultra finely adjustable, ultra economical: the Ultra-Thin nozzle is one of the key components of our LcM® portfolio when it comes to optimal spray technology. As with VOC-containing agents, the nozzle and the supply – in this case the CLOU® – belong together. Only in combination can we feed the chemical agents directly from the canister to the spray points and wet workpieces, tools and more in a targeted way.

For individual tasks, the Ultra-Thin nozzle can be combined with different lances. This allows precise application even in difficult positions and on a wide variety of workpieces – the fluid works exactly where it is needed. Like the premium two-fluid nozzle, the Ultra-Thin also features our haptic feedback: the click when adjusting the spray intensity makes repeated adjustment particularly easy – even in positions that are hard to reach or see.

  For repeatable adjustment of the spray intensity – even in positions that are difficult to access or see: thanks to audible and tactile feedback, you can easily adjust the Ultra-Thin nozzle yourself in very small, fine steps.

• Customisable through lances

  By using different lances, the Ultra-Thin nozzle can be adapted even more precisely and individually to the conditions in your machine without completely changing its basic position.
