THE BEST WAY TO EDGE.

BRUSH-tec® ES – our narrowest finishing unit

The BRUSH-tec® EDGE SMALL, or ES for short, owes its name to its narrow installation width of just 110 mm. As our narrowest finishing unit for edge and surface processing, it always finds a place in your machines and is ideal for retrofitting existing lines. It is an ideal alternative or addition to conventional buffing units.

The BRUSH-tec® ES is equipped with up to two premium brushes and, depending on the application and set-up, offers many ways to improve your processes. It not only cleans the surface of your workpieces: used above and below the edge, it also processes the edge band. This makes it particularly suitable for finishing structured surfaces.

Technically, the BRUSH-tec® ES impresses with automatic shutdown and infinitely variable speed control from 50 to 4,000 rpm. Another advantage: thanks to numerous adjustment options, the individually driven brushes can be rotated or tilted in almost any direction. This means the BRUSH-tec® ES can be adapted individually to your requirements and your edge banding machine.

Narrower than any other unit with its functions

110 mm – this particularly small installation width has already convinced many customers. It allows the BRUSH-tec® ES to be retrofitted into almost any machine, making it ideal for upgrading existing lines – as an alternative or addition to conventional buffing units.

Flexible and individual thanks to numerous adjustment options

The BRUSH-tec® ES also scores on the technical side, because its small size does not mean fewer functions. On the contrary: in addition to automatic shutdown and infinitely variable speed control from 50 to 4,000 rpm, the adjustability of the arms – and therefore the tools (brushes) – is a major advantage. They can be turned and tilted by hand in almost any direction with little effort.

Our latest finishing innovation: premium disc brushes

The BRUSH-tec® EDGE SMALL, or ES for short, uses up to two premium disc brushes. Their bristles are made of polyamide (PA) as standard, which makes the tool particularly hard-wearing and durable. Thanks to full bristle coverage with medium density, the premium disc brushes reach adhesive residues and dirt on the workpiece at every angle and remove them completely.
