BRUSH-tec®

The BRUSH-tec® system has been part of the LcM® family since 2016, and our development and technical team keeps optimising it every day. Depending on the model, our units are used for edge or surface processing and, combined with our Lc cleaning agents, significantly improve quality in through-feed production.

It started with the BRUSH-tec® E, developed for edge processing. Today the BRUSH-tec® ES, the BRUSH-tec® EXS and the BRUSH-tec® SF are also part of our portfolio. The BRUSH-tec® ES stands out in edge processing thanks to its small installation size, while the BRUSH-tec® SF is our first unit that can also be used to process the surfaces of your workpieces.

BRUSH-tec® – How it all started…

For many years we have been helping companies in the woodworking industry optimise their surface and edge processing to achieve the perfect finish. Our customers and partners have given us deep insights into their processes, problems and know-how. We used this experience not only to keep improving our chemical agents – it also gave rise to the idea of our units. In 2016 our technical team developed the BRUSH-tec® E, short for EDGE, the first unit in the LcM® family.

Feedback from customers and partners again brought in new ideas, and in combination with a range of polishing belts we found solutions for individual problems and user requirements. We are particularly proud of the two units added to our portfolio in 2021: like the BRUSH-tec® E, the BRUSH-tec® ES is used for edge processing, but impresses with its compact installation size and profile brushes developed in-house by LcM®. With the BRUSH-tec® SF, short for SURFACE, we now also ensure a clean finish in surface processing.
