Spray system – stand-alone control for VOC-containing release and cleaning agents

For solvent-based (VOC-containing) release and cleaning agents, we offer the spray system. Together with the premium two-fluid nozzles and the matching fluids, the electronically controlled system forms the ideal basis for your spray technology in edge processing. Its stand-alone control – the integrated control unit – allows the nozzles to be controlled independently of the machine control.

Planning a retrofit on existing machines? No problem – thanks to the control unit, you do not depend on signals from your machine control. Another advantage: the control unit is programmed individually and can process several input signals. For example, signals from light barriers can trigger matching spray pulses for several spray points.

A classic example is time-controlled spraying or wetting the pressure roller after every third part.

Individually programmable

Thanks to the integrated control unit, the LcM® spray system is ideal for retrofitting – the machine’s own control system is not required. Several input signals, e.g. from light barriers, are converted into spray pulses and output at different spray points.
