Our units, spray technology and fluids work in the machines of well-known machine manufacturers. Together with these partners, we match technology and process media so that they integrate directly into the machine process – in new machines as well as when retrofitting existing lines.

IMA Schelling – special units for furniture and door manufacturing

As system partners, LcM® and IMA Schelling work closely together: LcM® develops and manufactures individual units – the BRUSH-tec® systems – which are used in IMA Schelling door lines and integrated into the respective machine concept. Together we support projects from technical design to commissioning.

HOLZ-HER – matched technology for the edge process

In HOLZ-HER edge banding machines, LcM® spray technology handles the finishing of the workpiece edge and applies the fluids precisely to the upper and lower edge areas. This allows the LcM® components to be integrated directly into the machine process and tailored to the requirements of edge processing.

Paul OTT – a long-standing partnership in edge processing

Paul OTT from Lambach (Austria) uses our release and cleaning agents as well as the BRUSH-tec® ES in its edge banding machines, among other things. We share a long-standing, trusting cooperation – and we regularly attend the Innovation Days of woodworking at OTT.

Fravol – together for edge processing

Fravol develops edge banding machines for the woodworking industry in Italy. LcM® complements the machines with application and processing solutions – for example the integrated BRUSH-tec® system, which, combined with suitable process media, supports edge finishing directly in the running production process.
