Edge processing

Which fluid belongs at which position?

Infeed: release agents such as Lc 2/10 prevent glue build-up on workpieces and units.
Scraper, pressure roller, copy shoes: protective agents such as Lc 2/40 keep adhesive and dirt away.
Edge and glue joint: antistatic coolants such as Lc 2/20 cool the joint and keep chips away.
Before finishing and at the outfeed: cleaners such as iClean, BRUSH-tec® agent or Lc 2/30 ensure a clean surface.

Prefer solvent-free? iRelease and iClean together cover the whole machine – where a BRUSH-tec® ES is installed, BRUSH-tec® agent takes the place of iClean.

Premium two-substance nozzle with spray system – for solvent-based agents, finely and repeatably adjustable
Ultra-Thin nozzle with CLOU® – for solvent-free agents, without overspray
Spray Monitor – monitors the flow and makes settings reproducible

BRUSH-tec® – the alternative to the buffing unit

More contact surface, more polishing effect, longer service life: our BRUSH-tec® units clean edges and surfaces and, thanks to their small installation width, also fit into existing machines.

ES – only 110 mm installation width, ideal for retrofitting
EXS – without stand, for particularly tight machines
SF – surface unit in 7 working widths up to 2,350 mm

Prices are visible to approved business customers. Log in or request access. For technology such as spray systems and units, we prepare individual quotations.

No. Solvent-free agents such as iRelease and iClean are applied exclusively with the Ultra-Thin nozzle and the CLOU®. Conventional nozzles apply too much liquid and the machine gets dirty faster.

Solvent-based agents do. With the LcM® Premium two-substance nozzle, however, they can be adjusted more finely, applied more precisely and dosed more economically.

Depending on the product, from 0.5-litre containers up to 1,000-litre IBCs. The available sizes are shown on each product page.
