iClean
iClean is the solvent-free (VOC-free) cleaner for the edge banding machine and the complement to iRelease. It is used directly in front of the finishing units – buffing wheel, polishing ring, flap wheel or brush – on the top and bottom of the workpiece.

What is iClean?
A solvent-free cleaning agent, 100 % VOC-free and not dangerous goods. It removes release agent and loose glue residue and additionally cools edge band and glue joint.
Where is iClean used?
Just before the buffing or polishing wheels, before flat scrapers or before the BRUSH-tec®, applied ultra-thin to the top and bottom edge areas.
Which nozzle is used to apply iClean?
Only the LcM® Ultra-Thin nozzle in combination with CLOU®. Conventional nozzles apply too much and the machine gets dirty faster.
Do I need iClean if I have a BRUSH-tec® ES?
No. If a BRUSH-tec® ES is installed, BRUSH-tec® agent takes over the job of iClean.
Which container sizes are available and how long does it keep?
Available in 5 l and 30 l. It keeps for 2 years in the unopened container. It is not classified as dangerous goods for transport – transport and storage are simple.
Is there a guarantee on the spray system?
Yes. When LcM® fluids are used exclusively, we give a lifetime guarantee on our spray systems.
