Lifetime guarantee on spray systems
If you use LcM® fluids exclusively, we give a lifetime guarantee on our spray systems. Simply report any defect to our service team.
Spare and wear parts for the Ultra-Thin nozzle and CLOU® are excluded.
Replacing a nozzle – step by step
For the Ultra-Thin nozzle, first release the pressure at the CLOU®: simply open the cap on the CLOU®. Do not switch on the CLOU® while the fluid line is disconnected.
- Disconnect the air hose at the nozzle.
- Disconnect the fluid hose: when replacing the complete nozzle set, remove the hose upstream of the non-return valve. When replacing only the nozzle, remove the hose directly at the nozzle.
- Loosen the M10 nut on the nozzle and remove the nozzle.
- Fit the new nozzle or nozzle set in reverse order and reconnect the hoses.
- Align the nozzle to the workpiece using the matching nozzle gauge (premium two-substance nozzle or Ultra-Thin nozzle), then tighten the M10 nut.
