BRUSH-tec® agent
BRUSH-tec® agent was developed in the LcM® laboratory as the chemical complement to our BRUSH-tec® units. The solvent-free (VOC-free) cleaning agent is applied directly in front of the brushes and belts and enhances their effect.

Frequently asked questions
What is BRUSH-tec® agent?
A solvent-free cleaning product specially matched to the brushes of the BRUSH-tec®. 100 % VOC-free and not dangerous goods.
Where is BRUSH-tec® agent used?
Just before the BRUSH-tec®, applied ultra-thin to the top and bottom edge areas. It loosens previously applied fluids and loose glue residue and cools edge band and joint.
Does BRUSH-tec® agent replace iClean?
Yes. If a BRUSH-tec® ES is installed, BRUSH-tec® agent takes over the job of iClean in the solvent-free system.
Is it also suitable for surface cleaning?
Yes. After the edgebander, BRUSH-tec® agent – or alternatively Lc 1/300 – cleans the panel surface together with the BRUSH-tec® SF.
Which container sizes are available and how long does it keep?
Available in 5 l and 30 l. It keeps for 2 years in the unopened container. It is not classified as dangerous goods for transport – transport and storage are simple.
Is there a guarantee on the spray system?
Yes. When LcM® fluids are used exclusively, we give a lifetime guarantee on our spray systems.
