CLOU® – our system specifically for VOC-free chemical agents

An integral part of the edge banding world: our CLOU® convinces customers worldwide and makes it easy to apply our VOC-free chemical agents with the Ultra-Thin nozzle. In this combination, the CLOU® acts as the central fluid supply and can control several spray points at the same time. Thanks to the nozzle, fluid consumption is reduced to a minimum.

In addition to the CLOU® 5, we also offer a fluid supply for 20-litre containers. The CLOU® 20 works on the same principle as the smaller system: to feed chemical agents such as iRelease or iClean through the supply and branch lines to the nozzles, the reservoir or canister is pressurised. As a result, fluid is always present at the Ultra-Thin nozzles, and non-return valves, as still used in other systems, are no longer required.

Tank pressure is controlled by our integrated control unit, which also monitors the fill level. When the level is about to run low, the red warning light flashes. A special feature of the CLOU® 20 compared to the CLOU® 5 is the colour-coded hold-down, which prevents the canister from expanding under pressure.

Always finds its place

The idea for the larger CLOU® 20 came, among other things, from the principle that the fluid supply does not have to be located inside the machine, but can also sit on or in front of it. Depending on the configuration of your edge banding machine or line, our LcM® service team can easily equip you with CLOU® 5 or CLOU® 20 systems.

Particularly economical in combination with the Ultra-Thin nozzle

Both the LcM® CLOU® system and the Ultra-Thin nozzle are designed for economical, precise application. Overall, you need significantly less fluid – and with VOC-free agents your staff work without solvent vapours.
