Collection: Solvent-free agents (VOC-free)
Work solvent-free without compromising on results: together, iRelease and iClean cover the entire application on the edge banding machine. In addition, there are VOC-free cleaners for surfaces and roller coating lines.
Important: solvent-free agents for the edge banding machine are applied exclusively with the Ultra-Thin nozzle and the CLOU®. We will be happy to advise you on the changeover.
Solvent-free on the edge banding machine
At its core, the solvent-free system consists of two agents: iRelease as release agent and iClean as cleaner. Where a BRUSH-tec® ES is installed, BRUSH-tec® agent takes the place of iClean. Without solvents, spraying produces no solvent vapours – relevant for occupational safety and VOC requirements. Details on ingredients and classification are given in the safety data sheet of each product.
How to switch
- Review your machine and positions with our application engineers.
- Install Ultra-Thin nozzles and CLOU® – solvent-free agents are applied only with these.
- Use iRelease as release agent and iClean as cleaner – or BRUSH-tec® agent if a BRUSH-tec® ES is installed.
- Set spray pattern and quantity and check them during production.
