iProtect

iProtect is the solvent-free protective agent from the LcM® i-line and the VOC-free counterpart to Lc 2/42-18. It is used on edge banding machines and double-end tenoners – a complement to iRelease and iClean.

Application area

• Edge banding machine (also hot air/laser): pressure roller, corner area (cross gluing), edge band surface, tools, scraper
• Double-end tenoner: wetting of workpieces (laminate) against unwanted gloss spots

Important: only with Ultra-Thin nozzle and CLOU®

iProtect is approved exclusively for application with the LcM® Ultra-Thin nozzle in combination with the patented CLOU®. Only this achieves the wafer-thin application quantity.
