iRelease
iRelease is the solvent-free (VOC-free) agent from LcM® for the entire edge banding machine. It takes over the tasks of release, cleaning and protective agents – together with iClean it covers the complete application on the edge bander.

Solvent-free agents such as iRelease are applied exclusively via the LcM® Ultra-Thin nozzle with the CLOU®. Conventional nozzles apply too much liquid and the machine gets dirty faster. We will be happy to advise you on the changeover.

What is iRelease?
A solvent-free and silicone-free release agent, 100 % VOC-free and not dangerous goods. It releases, protects and cools in one product: workpieces and machine stay free of glue residue, the glue joint sets faster and the protective film stays on the edge band.
Which nozzle is used to apply iRelease?
Only the LcM® Ultra-Thin nozzle in combination with CLOU®. Only this achieves the required ultra-thin application. Conventional nozzles apply too much and the machine gets dirty faster.
Where is iRelease used?
Before the format milling unit and for wetting the pressure roller, corner area (cross gluing), edge band surface, tools and scraper.
Which cleaner goes with it?
iClean – together they form the solvent-free LcM® system for the entire edgebander. If a BRUSH-tec® ES is installed, BRUSH-tec® agent takes over the job of iClean.
Which container sizes are available and how long does it keep?
Available in 5 l and 30 l. It keeps for 2 years in the unopened container. It is not classified as dangerous goods for transport – transport and storage are simple.
Is there a guarantee on the spray system?
Yes. When LcM® fluids are used exclusively, we give a lifetime guarantee on our spray systems.
