Lc 2/30 Cleaning Agent
Lc 2/30 cleaning agent has been developed for the outfeed of the edge banding machine. It removes glue residues, dust and residues of lubricants or polishing agents from the workpiece surface – fast-drying and streak-free.

Application
After finishing, Lc 2/30 is finely sprayed onto the workpiece surface and removed together with the residues. It also runs through existing spray equipment; with the LcM® Premium two-substance nozzle application is more precise and economical.

Where is Lc 2/30 cleaning agent used?
Before the buffing wheels or the flat scraper.
What does the cleaning agent do?
It removes previously applied fluids and loose glue residue and cools edge and joint – for a clean finish on the radius edge.
How high is the consumption?
In a field test at an industrial plant (25 m/min, Premium two-component nozzle) one litre per nozzle lasted approx. 11,400 m of edge (top) and approx. 10,200 m (bottom).
What do I use solvent-free or with BRUSH-tec®?
In the VOC-free system, iClean takes over this job. If a BRUSH-tec® ES is installed, use BRUSH-tec® agent.
Is there a guarantee on the spray system?
Yes. When LcM® fluids are used exclusively, we give a lifetime guarantee on our spray systems.
