Ultra-Thin nozzle
The Ultra-Thin nozzle has been developed for solvent-free (VOC-free) agents such as iRelease and iClean. It atomises extremely finely and without overspray – with low air and liquid consumption.

Application area
The Ultra-Thin nozzle is operated exclusively with the CLOU®. Solvent-free agents should only be applied via this nozzle – conventional nozzles apply too much liquid.

What is the Ultra-Thin nozzle for?
For ultra-thin application amounts. It is supplied via the CLOU® pressure tank and is the approved nozzle for the solvent-free system with iRelease and iClean.
How do I set the nozzle correctly?
The starting setting as per data sheet is 17 clicks at min. 5 bar. Set distance and angle with the Ultra-Thin nozzle gauge, then fine-tune each position.
What do I need to note when replacing the nozzle?
Release the pressure at the CLOU® first – simply open the CLOU® cap. Then disconnect air and fluid hose as usual, loosen the M10 nut, fit the new nozzle and align it with the Ultra-Thin nozzle gauge.
The spray pattern is uneven – what should I do?
Common causes are air in the fluid line, a dirty or clogged nozzle or a misaligned nozzle. Check lines and connections, clean the nozzle and realign it with the nozzle gauge. Use approved LcM® fluids only – unsuitable fluids can clog nozzles. If that does not help, our service team will support you.
Is there a guarantee?
When LcM® fluids are used exclusively, we give a lifetime guarantee on our spray systems. Spare and wear parts for the Ultra-Thin nozzle and CLOU® are excluded.
