Reliable monitoring for the edge banding machine

The Spray Monitor is our latest system – developed specifically to monitor and control the flow rate of the Ultra‑Thin nozzle. In combination with our spray systems such as the CLOU® it provides precise control over the spray technology: it continuously monitors the flow and ensures that the nozzle always works with the optimal amount of fluid.

A particularly important advantage of the LcM® Spray Monitor is the reproducibility of the flow rate settings. Thanks to continuous spray monitoring, the flow values can be set precisely and consistently, ensuring constant quality and performance of the spraying process. This function is particularly important in industrial applications where precision and efficiency are required.

Nozzle selection

  Adjust the nozzle until it sprays appropriately and the product quality is OK

• Input actual value

  Accept actual value as setpoint

• Monitoring process

  Monitoring is running – deviations from the setpoint are indicated by an LED light

  Read the setpoint and note it if necessary

• Operating instructions

  Set the manufacturer’s specifications or the noted setpoint

• Nozzle adjustment

  Adjust the nozzle until actual value = setpoint
