Spray Monitor

The Spray Monitor monitors and controls the flow rate of the Ultra-Thin nozzle. In combination with the CLOU® it ensures that every nozzle works with the right amount – and makes settings reproducible.

Functions

• Continuous flow monitoring
• Alarm in case of deviation from the set value (e.g. ±10 %)
• Two selectable operating modes
• Live display and setting recommendation after each workpiece

How to work with it

1. Adjust the nozzle until spray pattern and product quality are right
2. Take over the actual value as set value
3. Monitoring runs – an LED reports deviations
4. After a nozzle change, enter the noted set value and readjust the nozzle until actual value = set value
