Premium nozzle
The Premium two-substance nozzle is the latest generation of our Venturi nozzle for solvent-based (VOC-containing) agents. It impresses with an even spray pattern and very fine adjustability.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Premium two-component nozzle for?
It atomises fluid with atomising air and applies the LcM® standard fluids Lc 2/10 to Lc 2/40 finely and precisely.
How do I set the nozzle correctly?
The starting setting as per data sheet is 17 clicks at min. 3 bar. Use the Premium nozzle gauge to set distance and angle to the workpiece and adjust the atomising air with the throttle. Then fine-tune each position – often less is enough.
How high is the consumption?
In a field test at an industrial plant (25 m/min) average consumption was approx. 10,900 m of edge per litre and nozzle.
The spray pattern is uneven – what should I do?
Common causes are air in the fluid line, a dirty or clogged nozzle or a misaligned nozzle. Check lines and connections, clean the nozzle and realign it with the nozzle gauge. Use approved LcM® fluids only – unsuitable fluids can clog nozzles. If that does not help, our service team will support you.
How do I replace the nozzle?
Disconnect the air hose. Pull off the fluid hose before the check valve when replacing the nozzle set, or directly at the nozzle when replacing the nozzle only. Loosen the M10 nut, fit the new nozzle in reverse order, align it with the nozzle gauge and tighten the nut.

Yes. When LcM® fluids are used exclusively, we give a lifetime guarantee on our spray systems.
