Lc 2/20 Antistatic Cooling Agent
The Lc 2/20 antistatic cooling agent cleans the top and bottom of the edge and noticeably improves edge quality in edge processing. Thanks to the interaction of its components, two processes run in parallel: the edge is cooled and static charge is removed.

Application
Lc 2/20 is applied to the top and bottom of the workpiece edge areas using the LcM® premium two-fluid nozzle.

Where is Lc 2/20 anti-static coolant used?
After the pressure zone, before the end-trimming unit.
What does the anti-static coolant do?
It cools the glue joint so that it sets faster and removes static charge. Tracing rollers, tools and workpiece stay free of chips and glue residue.
Which nozzle fits?
The LcM® Premium two-component nozzle. The starting setting as per data sheet is 17 clicks at min. 3 bar, then fine-tune each position.
Is there a solvent-free alternative?
Yes. In the VOC-free system, iRelease also cools the joint in the same step.
How high is the consumption?
In a field test at an industrial plant (25 m/min, Premium two-component nozzle) one litre per nozzle lasted approx. 10,900 to 26,300 m of edge, depending on the position.
Is there a guarantee on the spray system?
Yes. When LcM® fluids are used exclusively, we give a lifetime guarantee on our spray systems.
