Premium two-fluid nozzle – the new generation of our Venturi nozzle for VOC-containing chemical agents

Our experience in recent years has made us even more aware of how important the right interplay between fluid and spray technology is. Both must be perfectly matched to achieve the best possible result on the workpiece. With our latest premium two-fluid nozzle, we show once again how much high-quality technology contributes to your results.

With its minimalist design, the black Venturi nozzle is a perfect match for LcM® and our products, and it impresses above all with an even spray pattern and very fine adjustability. We use the self-priming nozzle for solvent-based chemical agents. Thanks to the haptic feedback on the knurled screw, it can be adjusted particularly easily and in small steps.

At LcM®, VOC-containing agents are applied exclusively with the premium two-fluid nozzle in combination with the spray system. The spray system is electronically controlled; thanks to the integrated control unit, the individual spray points can be controlled and triggered independently of the machine control. Programmed individually by our service team for your requirements, it processes several input signals, e.g. from light barriers.
