Areas of application of LcM® systems and chemicals
LcM® develops chemical agents and the matching application technology for the woodworking industry – from the edge banding machine and surface cleaning to the care of processing machines. Here is an overview of the main areas of application.
Edge banding machine
There is a suitable agent for every station: release agents prevent glue build-up, antistatic coolants cool the joint and keep chips away, protective agents keep scrapers and pressure rollers free of deposits, and cleaners ensure a clean surface at the outfeed. Our release agents are based on glycerine instead of mineral oil, so there is no frame effect on the panel.

Working solvent-free
With iRelease and iClean, you can cover all applications on the edge banding machine solvent-free (VOC-free). They are applied with the Ultra-Thin nozzle and the CLOU®. We are happy to advise you on switching over.
Surface cleaning in furniture production
Our surface cleaners remove adhesive residues, resins, fingerprints and dust – from high-gloss fronts and acrylic glass to sensitive materials. For manual final cleaning as well as for brush units in the line.
Coating and roller lines
Cleaners for roller coating lines and spray machines, suitable for UV and water-based coatings – to keep rollers and conveyor belts clean.

Moulders and planers
The Lc 9/700 lubricant is dosed via the automatic table lubrication and guides the workpiece smoothly over the machine table – without residues that would later impair glue or coating adhesion.

Hydrophobic sealing
Moisture often penetrates at the transition from the top layer to the edge. LcM® HydroTec seals this area hydrophobically – by machine as an agent or manually as a stick.

Clean transport elements and sliding surfaces mean fewer malfunctions and better workpieces. Our care and cleaning agents keep your processing machines in shape.
Spray technology and BRUSH-tec®
An agent is only as good as its application. That is why we develop liquid and spray technology together – with the Premium two-fluid nozzle, Ultra-Thin nozzle, CLOU® and Spray Monitor. For finishing edges and surfaces, there are the BRUSH-tec® units E, ES, EXS and SF.
