Spray system – The stand-alone control for VOC-containing release agents and cleaning agents
When it comes to the use of chemical agents containing release agents or VOCs, you will find the spray system in combination in our range. The electronically controlled system, in cooperation with the premium two-substance nozzles and the liquids used, forms the optimal basis for your spraying technology in edge processing. With the help of an independent control, the integrated control unit, the respective nozzles can be controlled independently of the machine control.
You need or are planning a retrofit on existing machines? No problem – thanks to the control unit, you are not dependent on route points from your machine control system. Another advantage of the control unit: the individual programming, which can process several input signals. For example, signals from light barriers can be followed by corresponding spraying pulses for several spraying points.
A classic application example would be time-controlled spraying or wetting of the pressure roller after every third part.
Individually programmable
Thanks to the integrated control unit, the LcM spraying system is also ideally suited for retrofitting and the machine’s own control system is not required. Even better: several input signals – generated by light barriers, for example – can be converted into corresponding spray pulses and output at different spraying points.
Particularly space-saving
With a particularly small overall size, the minimally designed spray system finds a place everywhere.
