As an innovative company, the expert team at LcM® GmbH every day develops new and improved formulations and technologies, which blaze the trail for new possibilities in efficient wood processing.
Quality and innovation shape our personal aspiration from the beginning, so that we have put great value on our responsibility to the environment early on. This is reflected, for example, in the development of a world-first VOC-free cleaner for paint rollers, which we completed in 2010 itself. On the subject of sustainability, our personal focus is on the conservation of natural resources, use of environmentally safe production processes and prevention of emissions.

Besides our proven and constantly improved classics, like the protecting agent (Lc 2/40), cleaning agent (Lc 2/30), cleaning fluid (Lc 2/21), as well as separating agent (Lc 2/10) or HydroTec agent (2/55), we impress our clients mainly with our revolutionary solvent-free alternatives: We are especially proud of our all-rounder iRelease!Eco. The world’s first solvent- and silicon-free separating agent combines the characteristics of protective-, separating- and coolant substances and can thus be used in many areas of production for narrow surfaces treatment in the kitchen- and furniture industry.
As the perfect complement to iRelease!Eco, we recommend you our iClean!Eco. This ensures a clean edge without glue remnants or excessive edge material before the wafer-thin polishing plates are applied on top and bottom.

With this goal, we have developed our system cleaners, all of which achieve maximum cleaning effect and moreover not only adhere to all health- and work safety regulations around your production and employees, but clearly exceed them.
Another main goal on the way to the future of our chemical products: we are betting on 100% VOC-free cleaners. The so-called “volatile organic compounds”, in German “flüchtige organische Verbindungen”, pollute our air and can affect our health even in low concentrations. We are proud to be among the first manufacturers who have successfully handled this topic and have developed some VOC-free alternatives in cleaners. No matter whether it is a sensitive or waterproof surface – we have the optimal solution for surface treatment of every piece from the kitchen-, flooring- and even the furniture industry with our chemical products. First impressions matter, hence we lay special emphasis on problem-free treatment of surfaces of your products. Thanks to our wide variety of cleaning substances, remnants from production, like glue remnants, dirt and fingerprints as well as oils and greases are a thing of the past.
Besides the classic cleaners for sensitive or extremely contaminated surfaces, we score points mainly in combination with our BRUSH-tec® systems for cleaning of structured surfaces and their indentations. Contaminants and remnants from production can be effortlessly removed from the smallest indentations with the help of our brushes and the surface of the work piece can be treated in the best possible way. An overview
Quality is everything for us – thus the focus is on quality even for our aggregates. Our BRUSH-tec®, with its different variants, in combination with the Lc cleaning substances is the ideal aid for improving quality in the through-feed technology and is an optimal alternative to the classic buffing wheels. Used after the edge banding machines, our BRUSH-tec cleans the surfaces of your work pieces and can even prepare light structures here.
In contrast, the BRUSH-tec® ES reaches even structures up to 0.8 mm deep and especially impresses with considerably smaller installation dimensions than the BRUSH-tec® E. Another model of the BRUSH-tec® family is our BRUSH-tec® SF, which has similarly already been used successfully for surface cleaning in through-feed technology.
