Our BRUSH-tec® EDGE SMALL, ES for short, owes its name to its narrow working width of just 110 mm. As our narrowest post-processing unit for edge and surface processing, it will always find a place in your machines and is therefore also perfectly suited for retrofitting in existing systems. It is an ideal alternative or extension to conventional buffing units.
The BRUSH-tec® ES is equipped with up to two premium brushes and, depending on the application and structure, offers you a wide range of options for improving your processes. It not only cleans the surface of your workpieces. The edge banding is also processed by applying it above and below the edge. This function makes it particularly suitable for the post-processing of structured surfaces.
Technically, the BRUSH-tec® ES impresses with its automatic shutdown and variable speed control, which ranges from 50 to 4,000 revolutions per minute. Another important advantage: Thanks to its numerous setting options, the unit’s individually driven brushes can be rotated or tilted in almost any direction. Thus, the BRUSH-tec® ES can be individually and flexibly adapted to your needs and your edge banding machine.
Narrower than any other unit with its function
110mm – with this particularly small installation width, we have been able to convince many customers so far. Thanks to this feature, the BRUSH-tec® ES can also be retrofitted into any machine and is therefore ideally suited for retrofitting existing systems. The ideal alternative or extension to the conventional buffing units you are familiar with.
Flexible and individual thanks to numerous adjustment options
Our BRUSH-tec® ES also scores points in technical terms without question, because the small size in this case by no means means means fewer functions. Quite the opposite: in addition to its automatic shutdown and infinitely variable speed control, which ranges from 50 to 4,000 revolutions per minute, the variability of the arms and thus the tools (brushes) is an enormous advantage. These can easily be turned and tilted manually and without much effort in almost any direction and are thus particularly adaptable.
Our novelty in finishing: the premium disc brushes
Up to two premium disc brushes are used with our BRUSH-tec® Edge Small, ES for short. The bristles of these are made of polyamide (PA) as standard, which makes the tool particularly hard-wearing and durable. Thanks to the full bristles with medium bristle density, it is guaranteed that our permium disc brushes reach the entire surface of the workpiece at every angle and remove adhesive residues and dirt completely.
