Reliable monitoring for the edge banding machine
Our spray monitor is our latest, innovative system, specifically developed for monitoring and controlling the flow rate of the Ultra‑Thin nozzle. In combination with our CLOU® it provides precise control over the spraying technology by continuously monitoring the flow and ensuring that the nozzle always operates with the optimal amount of liquid.
A particularly important advantage of the LcM Spray Monitor is the reproducibility of the flow rate settings. Thanks to continuous spray monitoring, the flow values can be set precisely and consistently, ensuring constant quality and performance of the spraying process. This function is particularly important in industrial applications where precision and efficiency are required.
